You will also need a food processor, a large skillet, and a casserole dish. This is the food processor that I have and love. You can find it online here: food processor

The best part about this recipe is that it is flexible. For the chicken, you can use rotisserie chicken, chicken thighs, or leftover chicken from the previous night’s meal. I am using boneless chicken breasts. You can find great quality organic chicken, grass-fed beef, and other meats online here: Crowd Cow.

I tend to avoid dairy when possible, so I am using nutritional yeast and cashew milk in this casserole dish. Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast that adds a cheesy, savory flavor to dishes. It’s a great source of B vitamins and protein and is especially popular in vegetarian, and dairy-free recipes.
