How Long to Cook Air Fryer Broccoli Cauliflower and Carrots
Spray the air fryer basket with a little spray oil to help prevent sticking,
Transfer the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket. Arrange the broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower florets in a single layer if possible to ensure optimal air circulation.
Set the cooking time for 13 minutes. At the halfway point give the basket a good shake, or toss the veggies with silicon tongs to redistribute the veggies and promote even browning.
After 13 minutes, check the doneness of the air fryer cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli. The cauliflower and broccoli will have a crispy texture while the air fryer carrots will be firm and tender.
For even crispier vegetables add up to 3 more minutes to the air fryer if you’d like. Keep an eye on the veggies if you add more time. The edges of the air-fried broccoli can burn if cooked too long.
