Homemade Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup preferred Greek style yogurt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp chives
- 2 Tbsp green onions
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
Getting Personal
Along with eating clean and trying to keep my family eating healthy I also see a nutritionist. To make a long story short he runs a full blood panel and can see where my body is lacking things or has an abundance etc. Then we take this info and use food as a sort of medicine to address any issues. For example, my thyroid is a mess, my glutamine is extremely low, and my hormones are a mess. To keep it simple, my current diet now includes more cashews and less almonds. More pork, and less chicken. No wheat, gluten, dairy, soy or refined sugars. This recipe calls for Greek yogurt, which is not dairy free, but I will also give you some dairy free yogurt options that I use and love.

How to Make Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip

Let’s gather our herb yogurt vegetable dip ingredients. This easy greek yogurt dip recipe is packed with herbs making it healthy, delicious and quite versatile.
If you prefer dairy free yogurt then Foragers is my ‘go-to’. I use this cashew yogurt for my pancakes recipe too. You can get some at your local grocery or online here: cashew yogurt. You can also opt for your favorite almond milk yogurt if you prefer. Just make sure to get plain and not flavored. Keep in mind the cashew and almond milk yogurts typically aren’t as thick as full fat Greek yogurt.
Making Greek Yogurt Dip for Veggies
Finely chop the green onions, chives and parsley. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir well to combine. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Serve aside your favorite veggies and enjoy.
