How to Make Chocolate Avocado Pudding
I should also warn you that this is a very easy avocado pudding recipe. You definitely don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen to get a delicious healthy treat.
Step 1 – Gather your ingredients and measuring spoons. Don’t forget your food processor.
Step 2 – Add your avocados to your food processor and process until somewhat smooth.
Step 3 – Add the remaining ingredients in with the avocado. Can you guess what the secret ingredient is? It’s cacao! By using the superfood cacao you are getting the delicious chocolate taste without the guilt. Step 4- Blend your ingredients until smooth and everything is combined. For your sweetener, you can use pure maple syrup or a pinch of stevia. I’ve found that this organic stevia sweetener does not have an aftertaste. HERE
Step 5 – Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe (Printable Version)
- 2 large Ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, can substitute with stevia
- pinch sea salt
- In a food processor, add the avocados. Process until somewhat smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and everything is combined.
- Place in the fridge to chill. Enjoy
