Salads are an easy and healthy way to get your veggies and healthy proteins. Start with a basic vegetable salad and build from there by adding a variety of healthy ingredients. You can also easily switch things up and make so many different varieties of tasty salads. Be careful though when it comes to the dressing. You can really load up on calories and unwanted fat with the wrong dressing. Stick with basic oil and lemon, oil and vinegar or even yellow or dijon mustard mixed with raw honey.
