This apple cider vinegar and lemon juice recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients. I prefer this to any ACV shots because this drink recipe combines apple cider vinegar with water making it more palatable.

Being that it is diluted there should be less concern for damage to tooth enamel. The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is extremely strong and when taken directly from the bottle could damage the enamel of your teeth.

Aim to use fresh lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemons, over the bottle stuff. For the apple cider vinegar, the type of vinegar does matter. Make sure to use Braggs, organic unfiltered ACV with the ‘mother’. It’s available online here: Braggs ACV. You can use local honey or raw unfiltered honey. We also always use filtered water.
