How to Air Fry Stir Fry Vegetables
First, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F and let it heat up while you prepare the vegetables.
Next, empty the bag of frozen veggies into a large bowl, and add the dressing.
Then toss to coat the vegetables.
Next, transfer the seasoned veggies to the air fryer basket. Arrange them in a single layer if possible to ensure proper air circulation and even cooking.
Then close the lid and set the time for 20 minutes. Throughout the cooking process open the lid and either shake or toss the vegetables to continue to allow for even distribution of hot air.
As the tender veggies cook you may notice that they get smaller, and some smaller pieces may fall to the bottom of the air fryer. This is ok.
When the cooking time is finished, check to see the doneness of the veggies. If you prefer more crispy vegetables you can always add a few more minutes of cook time before serving.
