How to Make a Strawberry Banana Protein Shake
First, gather the ingredients to make your healthy protein strawberry banana smoothie with both protein powder and yogurt. The protein powder provides an added boost of protein whereas the yogurt provides a rich creaminess.
All all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth for approximately 30 seconds.
Check the consistency of the shake. If your protein smoothie is too thick, add more water, or almond milk and blend 60 more seconds until thoroughly blended. The texture should be thick but thin enough to drink through a straw. I like to start with 1/2 cup of liquid and increase as needed.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy immediately.
