How to Make No Bake Energy Strawberry Protein Balls

To make these strawberry protein energy balls you will also need a food processor. This is the one that I have and love: food processor.

First, place the freeze-dried strawberries, gluten-free rolled oats, protein powder, and raw nuts in the food processor.

Pulse the ingredients until the mixture is ground to a coarse powder.

Next, add the raw honey and vanilla extract into the food processor. Pulse a few more times until the liquid is evenly absorbed and the mixture starts to stick together.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to get cold. The homemade strawberry energy balls are easier to form when cold.

Lay a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface or baking sheet.

Then use a small cookie scoop to measure even portions of the protein ball mixture. Roll the mixture into golf ball-size balls. Place the homemade protein balls on the parchment paper and continue until you use all of the energy ball mixture.

Rinse your hands after every few balls are formed. When your hands are too sticky, the balls don’t form well, and the mixture will stick to your hands.

  1. Do you think I could make these into bars? This is the only decent looking strawberry protein recipe I’ve found with everything I have lol but I’m tryna make bars not balls. If so what size pan should I use? Thanks! Looks yummy

    1. Im sure you can try, I don’t see why they wouldn’t come out great. They may not keep the form as well but its worth a try!
