How to Cook Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
First, prepare the chicken. You can start with raw chicken tenders or chicken breasts. We are using boneless skinless chicken breasts and then trimming them into strips of chicken pieces.
We order most of our meat online, you can find great quality chicken, beef, and pork online here at CrowdCow.
Next, put the pork panko breadcrumbs into a large shallow bowl and add the seasoning blend. This is the pork panko that I use and love. It is gluten-free and only contains one ingredient. You can find these bread crumbs online here: Panko.
Then scramble the eggs in another bowl.
Breading Chicken Tenders
First, set up the separate shallow bowls with the naked chicken tenders, panko breadcrumb mixture, and beaten eggs. Also, grab a clean plate.
One at a time, coat each piece of chicken in the egg wash.
Make sure to move the chicken around to completely cover it with the egg.
Next, carefully transfer the chicken to the bowl with the breadcrumbs and coat the entire piece of chicken.
Then move each piece of breaded chicken to a clean plate. Repeat this for all of the chicken.
