  • pinch of Salt
  • Lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Blueberries

First, preheat the oven to 325 F and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone liner. While the oven is heating up gather your ingredients for scones and your measuring cups and spoons (HERE).

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt).

  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack 2 regular eggs.
