Since I started clean eating I’ve not only dropped over 35 lbs but I feel great and I completely believe it has to do with what we put in our bodies. I never planned to start a paleo or gluten-free lifestyle, but it is something that just fell into place as I began changing my eating habits. But even though it wasn’t a planned decision, it has been a good decision nonetheless since I truly see results. I’m also a huge fan of meal prep and making a few batches of snacks at once to last all week.
