Next, spray the air fryer basket with a little oil cooking spray. This is to make sure that the veggies won’t stick to the basket of the air fryer.

How Long to Air Fry Frozen Vegetables

Transfer the seasoned frozen vegetables to the air fryer basket. Do your best to arrange them in a single layer, if this is not possible don’t worry, we will toss them throughout the cooking process.

Close the lid, select the air crisp function, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F. Then set the cooking time to 14 minutes.

Roughly every 3-5 minutes, open the lid and either shake or toss the basket. This makes sure that the air fryer veggies all come in contact with the hot air to cook evenly.

For best results, check the vegetables when the total time is finished. If the vegetables need more time then add another 1-2 minutes.

Different air fryer models may require a little less time or a little bit more time. As a general rule of thumb, the 14-minute cooking time results in tender, crisp vegetables.

The bag of frozen vegetables says that it’s 5 servings, but I can’t believe that to be true. To be honest, once the frozen vegetables are cooked in the air fryer they tend to shrink just a little bit. I would honestly say that this is more like 2-3 servings once done.
