Rewind for a second. I never even knew glamping was a word, and maybe it’s not, but I guess you can consider glamping to be a little more like glamorous camping. Personally, I can’t quite bring myself to go full on sleep in a tent, live with nature kind of camping. But, we do have a cabin in the Catskills in the middle of nowhere which is as pretty close to nature as this city girl is willing to go. We love to cook over a charcoal grill when up at the cabin but also like to keep things simple and easy.

Regardless, if you feel more comfortable sleeping in a tent, a sleeping bag or a pinewood cabin at the end of the day I think that campfire food applies in all of these situations.
