What are the Potential Benefits of Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar
The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are endless. And I am always open to natural remedies. Of all of the numerous health benefits, here are just a few examples of what consuming organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar may be able to do for your body and overall health:
- lower blood sugar levels
- help with weight loss
- improve immune system
- lower cholesterol levels
- support the digestive system
- helps relieves allergies
- improve gut health
Apple cider vinegar is made of about 5-6% acetic acid which can kill harmful bacteria and may have a positive impact on gut health. Acetic acid may damage tooth enamel when not diluted. Diluting the ACV with water is a much better way to drink it, making this a better option than straight apple cider vinegar shots.
Potential Health Benefits of Cinnamon
The potential health benefits of cinnamon are just as impressive as those of ACV. Cinnamon is considered to be an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial compound. Some studies suggest that it may help protect against cancer, and may prevent bacterial and fungal infections. It has antiviral properties and is also reported to reduce inflammation, help manage blood sugars, lower blood sugar levels, and protect against heart disease.
Potential Health Benefits of Chamomile Tea
Chamomile is an herb and has been used as a natural remedy for multiple ailments. Chamomile has been said to have potential benefits to help manage diabetes, menstrual cramps, sleep problems, and stress. It is commonly used as a nighttime tea to help relax before bed. Chamomile’s herbs are thought to help calm the nerves and aid in relaxation and digestion.

How to Make Chamomile Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Tea with Cinnamon
First, add the apple cider vinegar to your favorite mug.
Next, add the lemon juice. Always opt for freshly squeezed lemon juice over the bottled stuff.
Then add an organic chamomile tea bag, and fill the mug with hot water. This is the tea that I like, its made with organic high quality herbs, and non bleached tea bags. You can find it online here: tea bags.
Fill the rest of the mug up with the hot water.
Add a cinnamon stick the chamomile tea apple cider vinegar drink. A cinnamon stick adds a nice cinnamon flavor without the grit of ground cinnamon.
Since ground cinnamon is not water soluble and does not dissolve, you can still get the heath benefits of cinnamon without using the powder form.
How Does This Chamomile Tea with Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon, and Cinnamon Taste
This drink is relaxing, with the fragrant chamomile and hint of lemon and cinnamon. It is not as mild as the many other apple cider vinegar drinks that I make. But it is not overly strong either. For a lighter tea, only step the tea bag for a few minutes and then remove it.
If you would like to sweeten this chamomile tea with cinnamon and lemon you can add a bit of raw honey, if you’d like.
