Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon and Honey drink recipe

This apple cider vinegar lemon and honey recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients. I prefer this to any ACV shots because this drink recipe combines apple cider vinegar with water making it more palatable. The fact that its also warm adds a soothing aspect to this drink recipe

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is extremely strong and when taken directly from the bottle could damage the enamel of your teeth. Being that this drink is primarily water there should be less concern for damage to tooth enamel.

How Does Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon and Honey Taste

This drink is very soothing. Because it is more water than apple cider vinegar, the taste of apple cider vinegar is minimal and is slightly tart. It is light and comforting, and not at all overpowering.
